Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in Canada.
Duties and import taxes are included in the price: nothing to pay when your bag arrives.
Your order is prepared in 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in 6 to 10 business days. You see the delivery time before you pay.
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel's label is created.
At the end of the year, delivery can take a little longer.
Lost parcel: if tracking shows it's lost, we send a new bag or refund you. Please double-check your address: a parcel returned because of a wrong address is reshipped at your cost.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused bag in its original packaging.
Return shipping is on us. Email us your order number and we send a prepaid label within 1 business day.
Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the bag.
Different color? Return your bag, then place a new order.
Returning one bag from a Duo: we refund $70.00.
Arrived damaged, or not what you ordered? Email us a short video within 7 days of delivery and we ship a replacement at no cost. You don't need to send the bag back.
Used bags can't be returned. A seam or zipper problem is covered by our warranty.
This policy applies in addition to your rights under consumer protection law.
