In short: you have 30 days after delivery to return an unused bag, and return shipping is on us.

As long as your order hasn’t shipped, you can cancel it by writing to us from our Contact us page. You get a full refund.

Return shipping is on us. Write to us with your order number and we send you a prepaid label within 1 business day.
Want another color? Return your bag, then place a new order.
Returning just one bag from the Duo: we refund $70.00.
A used bag can’t be returned. A seam or zipper problem is covered by our 1-year warranty.

Send us a short video within 7 days of delivery and we ship a replacement at no cost. No need to send the bag back.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the bag.

This policy is in addition to your rights under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.
