- Shipping is free on every order.
- Customs duties and import taxes are included in the price: nothing to pay on delivery.
Timing
- Your order is prepared in 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in 6 to 10 business days.
- You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel’s label is created.
- Around the end of the year, delivery can take a little longer.
- If your order isn’t delivered within 30 days of the announced delivery date, you can cancel it for a full refund.
Lost or damaged parcel
- If tracking confirms your parcel is lost, we send you a new bag or refund you.
- Bag damaged on arrival: send us a short video within 7 days and we ship a replacement at no cost.
- Please double-check your address: a parcel returned because of a wrong address is reshipped at your expense.
