“1-year warranty on seams and zippers: if a seam comes apart or a zipper breaks in normal use, we replace the bag. You have 30 days to return an unused bag, and return shipping is on us.”

What's covered

• Seams that come apart.
• Zippers that break.
• In normal use, for 1 year from your delivery date.

What's not covered

• Normal wear of the fabric.
• Stains.
• Misuse, or a bag that has been overloaded.
• Small differences in shade compared with the images.
• The stroller hooks and the wrapping (covered by our 30-day returns).

How to make a claim

Email us your order number with a photo or a short video of the problem. We reply within 24 hours on business days. If your claim is accepted, we send you a new bag with free shipping, delivered in 6 to 10 business days. You don't need to send the faulty bag back.
