Track my order

Your order is prepared in 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in 6 to 10 business days anywhere in Canada. Here is how to see where it is.

1. The shipping email

As soon as your parcel's label is created, you receive a shipping email with your tracking number. Click the tracking link to see where your parcel is. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or the Promotions tab.

2. Your customer account

Sign in with the email address you used for your order: you receive a sign-in code, no password to create. You will see your orders and their tracking.

3. Any doubt? Write to us

Send us your order number (it starts with #) at contact@lunaelle.ca. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

Good to know

• The first tracking updates can appear a few days after the label is created: this is normal.
• Import duties and taxes are already paid: nothing to pay at the door. Final delivery is made by a Canadian carrier depending on your address (for example Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Intelcom or UniUni).
• If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the announced date, you can cancel it and get a refund. Details: Shipping and returns.
